Welcome to MediaClip (the "App"). Please read these Terms before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

## 1. Service Description

The App provides features such as media link detection, playlist management, background playback, and offline downloads (when available).  
Copyright and responsibility for third-party content remain with the original rights holders.

## 2. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use the App only in lawful and compliant ways, and without infringing others' rights. You must not:

- use the App for illegal activities;
- bypass, break, or avoid platform or copyright restrictions;
- abuse automation in ways that harm service stability;
- distribute malware or perform actions that could harm devices or data.

## 3. Third-Party Content and Links

The App may access or display third-party websites, services, or media.  
Such content is provided by third parties, and we do not guarantee its accuracy, legality, availability, or safety.

## 4. Intellectual Property

The App and its interface, code, design, and related materials (excluding third-party content) are protected by applicable laws.  
Without permission, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit them.

## 5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or fitness for a specific purpose.  
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

## 6. Changes and Termination

We may update, modify, or discontinue features and services as needed.  
If Terms change materially, we will notify you in-app. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
