You can contact us for bug reports, playback issues, account/billing questions, or general feedback.

## 2. Recommended Information

To help us resolve your issue faster, please include:

- a clear description of what happened;
- the steps to reproduce the issue;
- screenshots or screen recordings (if available);
- your app version, device model, and system version.

The in-app support email template already includes key device/app metadata.

## 3. Response Time

We typically reply within 3 business days.  
During release periods or holidays, responses may take longer.
